Kong Fanwen (Jan. 6, 1931 ~ Jun. 25, 2007), aged 76, was buried at the Yijing Cemetery.

He joined the Eighth Route Army when he was 14 years old, engaged in military mail service in the Jin-Re-Cha Military Region, He once transmit the strict confidential from Chairman Mao to Luo Ronghuan, political commissar of Fourth Field Army, providing strong support in the Liaoshen Campaign. He also continued military mail jobs to North-East China during War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, then recalled to Zhangjiakou Post and Telecommunication Bureau and retired from the post of Deputy Director of Langfang Post and Telecommunication Bureau. After retirement, he joined Reporting Group for Veteran Cadres andexplained and publicized revolutionary tradition and initiated “Langfang Jinqiu Literary Friend Sodality”. He edited and published “Red Leaf” Journal, therefore he was selected as “Advanced Individual of Caring Next Generation”. In addition, he wrote “Soldier’s Collection” and “Soldier’s Poems”.
